The main difference between Courting and Dating , Courting involves preparing for marriage after building a solid friendship. Men and women who just randomly date often have no commitment to consider marrying the other person without often going through several people first. Being mature and ready for marriage are not usually considerations in the dating process. Instead, couples usually date with a casual or lax mindset leaving what ever happens to chance.
